Witch is written in C++ and compiled with Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 EE.
TechWitch uses Nikolaus Gerbhard's brilliant Irrlicht Engine (0.14, unmodified). All the artwork was modelled in Blender. The avatar is in DirectX .x format, exported with Ben Omari's exporter. The level artwork is in .oct format, using Murphy McCauley's exporter. Everything else is in Blender's native .obj export.
